"Beautiful, comfortable and great storage!! Absolutely love these beds for my daughters. Note: the assembly is just like IKEA, it took my husband and I about 2 hours each to do. Lots of screwing by hand. Was definitely worth it for us (but I don’t mind building ikea furniture. ) We had a broken part in each box but the company resolved extremely quick when I emailed them the part ID numbers and sent pictures. So pleased with this purchase!"
"Overall the bed is beautiful and sturdy. Definitely a two person job to put together and it takes a while. My only complaints are that 1. ) some pieces are not labeled correctly, or at all. 2. ) a few pages of the directions aren’t clear, takes a couple minutes of guessing to figure out what is needed for the next step. And 3. ) some of the holes are wonky, you have to get the screw in at exactly the right angle for it to tighten."

"Worst idea ever to buy this bed. Firstly, this bed is not from Plank and Beam, the logos and markings on the packing said a totally different company. Not solid wood at all. Assembly was a nightmare. Wrong directions, missing parts and screws. There are places in the bed that once attached it is so difficult to tighten the screws. Never buying again."
